The Curtis Group Expands Services

The Curtis Group has added strategic planning and facilitation of retreats to our array of services offered to nonprofits. In doing so, the company has formed a strategic alliance with BJ Taylor, an expert in these services.

Taylor has more than 25 years’ experience helping nonprofits realize their potential and reach their organizational goals by developing strong leadership and management teams, including nonprofit boards. She does this by helping the team discover where each individual contributes to the organization’s success, teaching them how to set standards and monitor their achievements, and helping them provide for each component of effective management practice.

Taylor’s nonprofit clients have included The Portsmouth Partnership, Downtown Norfolk Council, CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates), The Noblemen, Adoptions from the Heart, Episcopal Diocese of Southern Virginia, and various churches.
